About the job:

We are looking for direct telesales executives to join our busy sales team.

The main purpose of this role will be to make outbound calls to customers who have responded to various marketing campaigns, in addition to cold calling customers who are likely to fit our lending criteria.

Your duties will include:

Making outbound calls using an automated dialling system.
Greeting customers in a warm and professional manner and opening the call by establishing and influencing the customer’s expectations about the purpose and content of the call.
Obtaining the relevant details for the company in order that we can source the best products available for the customer’s needs.
Investigating in detail the customers financial needs and to discuss the how Blemain Finance is able to help.
Explaining the benefits and the practicalities of Blemain Finance and matching the customers’ expectations to these benefits.
Carrying out all duties in accordance with the company regulations.
Exceeding pre set KPI’s and targets within a TCF framework.
Providing consistently effective customer service.
Gathering and inputting detailed, quality and accurate customer information.

The ideal candidate will:

Experience of sales, working within a targeted call centre environment
The ability to work in a team
Possess PC skills including MS Excel and Word
Have GCSE’s in Maths and English
The ability to listen carefully to clients, question and probe effectively for the accurate personal and financial information required
The ability to talk to clients in a sympathetic, friendly, patient but persuasive conversational manner.
