About the job:
We are looking to attract a HR Manager on a temporary basis (8-12 months) who will help manage the people agenda in regards to office re-location and overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work closely with the business, providing open and transparent HR services. Working within an enthusiastic culture dedicated to continuous improvement. You will be given the opportunity to directly influence working practices while actively coaching the HR Advisors and Line Managers to achieve the People plan.
Your duties will include:
Supporting and coaching the HR Advisors and Managers to assist the business in achieving transformation and significant performance improvement working towards the introduction of a HR Business partner framework.
Providing operational advice and guidance to line managers and staff to embed Performance Management Systems that monitor departmental, team and individual performance against organisational and operational objectives.
Analysing Key people metrics (internal and external) and employee insight to identify ways of enhancing employee engagement and driving business performance.
Coaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection service, proactively monitoring to identify ways to enhance the service.
Measure the success of HR solutions and services in contributing to the overall business effectiveness and efficiency and attainment of objectives.
Oversee the people plans for the office re-location project
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrable HR Business partner experience.
Experience of supporting line managers in developing and delivering operational planning process.
Experience of providing customer focussed HR transactional and advisory services.
Intermediate experience of MS applications inc Excel and Word.
The ability to communicate effectively, diplomatically and robustly both verbally and in writing.
The ability to plan and monitor ensuring services and projects are delivered in line with agreed standards and on time.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills across all levels.
Strong analytical skills.
Good negotiating skills.
The ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
A proven track record in an in-house recruitment function.
