Our programme has produced successful employees across a range of departments. A number of graduates have progressed into permanent managerial roles such as; Customer Service Manager, Business Programme Manager – Corporate Projects and Assistant Manager of the Asset Management Department.
2012 promises to be our most exciting year yet. As well as implementing exciting new developments to our programme such as the introduction of graduate team projects and additional training opportunities, this year will also see the business relocate to prestigious new offices in Cheadle.

We are offering the right graduates a unique opportunity to build a career with our highly successful and established company. Our programme has been developed to provide you with an excellent understanding of our business and plenty of development opportunities, equipping you with all the necessary skills and knowledge for a rewarding and challenging career.
How the Scheme is structured
The programme is made up of 4 placements, with each placement lasting around 6 months. These are designed to give you an in-depth understanding of each department. Graduates can expect to be given responsibility for significant projects in each department and to be provided with the development and support to ensure their success in delivery and that their personal development is maintained.
At the start of each placement you will be assigned a placement manager and a mentor, both will help support you through your placement. You can also expect to attend regular feedback sessions with your placement manager, and this is a these are great opportunity for you to discuss together your progress and future development. Your mentor will provide you with valuable advice, share their own experiences and provide guidance on the best way to approach challenges and opportunities.
