The aim of our Graduate Scheme is to provide the successful candidates with a thorough understanding of our business and the skills with which to build a successful career with us. We do this through a structured development programme. For each placement you will work closely with the scheme manager and the relevant business department to agree specific goals, development plans and key performance indicators (KPIs). During the programme you will get the chance to work in a variety of departments which include:
Training During the programme, you will attend a variety of dedicated training sessions covering such areas as HR, Networking Skills and Finance for non-accountants. There will be the chance to get involved with external organisations via networking opportunities and client visits. In addition, graduates will be considered for additional qualifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma and Microsoft software packages.
