Holidays
All employees are granted 23 days paid holiday in addition to statutory bank holidays with the opportunity to 'buy' or 'sell' 3 extra days per year.

Life Assurance
From day one you are covered under the Company's Life Assurance Scheme.

Attendance Bonus
As a reward and recognition of 100% attendance during the previous year, a bonus of £150 will awarded to you. If you joined us part way through the calendar year and you achieved 100% attendance, then your bonus will be on a pro-rata basis.

Recommend a Friend
If you introduce an external person to the company and they are hired as a permanent member of staff you are awarded £250, followed by £1000 after 12 months service. For the introduction of a Part Time employee the award will be made on a pro-rata basis.

Private Medical Insurance
On your 3rd year anniversary with the company you will be invited to join the Blemain Group Private Medical Insurance Scheme.

Service Awards
The Company would like to both recognise and thank employees who achieve length of service milestones, awards are in place for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years service.
